Service Description
When a relationship comes to an end, it can be one of the most emotionally challenging times for everyone involved. At 2live Psychotherapy, our Ending Relationships and Separation Support Therapy offers a safe and supportive space for couples to navigate this transition with respect, compassion, and open communication. In cases where children are involved, specialist mediation training and CIM (Children in Mediation) approaches, these sessions are designed to help both partners understand what’s happening, make decisions that support the whole family, and prepare everyone – for the changes ahead. What to expect from therapy: Guided conversations to reduce conflict and support respectful endings Practical and emotional support in co-parenting plans A focus on the voice and wellbeing of the child(ren) Space to grieve, reflect, and begin healing Help with setting up healthy boundaries for the future This therapy is not about placing blame. It’s about helping each person – including the children – to feel heard, supported, and more prepared to move on in a way that feels steady and kind.
